Yes! You can choose your decor, select a date, and pay securely via UPI (GPay/PhonePe), Cards, or Net Banking directly on our website. Your slot is instantly confirmed upon payment
We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a small service fee.
Most home setups take between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the theme. Car boot surprises usually take about 30–45 minutes.
Yes! All our packages are customizable. You can swap balloon colors or add-on items like LED numbers, cakes, or flower bouquets during the checkout process.
Just a clear space and a power outlet if your decor includes LED lights or neon signs. Our team brings everything else, including pumps, ladders, and adhesives.

Yes! We specialize in 12:00 AM surprises. Whether it’s a car boot reveal or a living room transformation, our midnight team ensures the surprise is perfectly timed.
When kept indoors in a cool environment, our premium latex and foil balloons stay vibrant and inflated for 2 to 4 days.
We do! However, for outdoor setups (terraces/gardens), we recommend specific balloon types that withstand wind and sunlight.
