By booking a service with Joy Celebration, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a smooth and joyful experience for both you and our team.

1. Booking & Confirmations
Online Bookings: A booking is considered confirmed only after the successful processing of payment through our website or via a manual deposit for custom quotes.
Slot Availability: Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Service Logistics
Access to Venue: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that our team has access to the venue (home, hall, or terrace) at the scheduled time.
Permission: For society flats or banquet halls, please ensure you have the necessary permissions for balloon decorations and LED lighting.
Setup Time: Most decorations require 60–90 minutes. Please account for this time when planning your surprise or event start time.

3. Safety & Property
Wall Safety: We use high-quality, surface-safe adhesives. However, Joy Celebration is not liable for minor paint peeling on walls that are already damp, poorly primed, or have low-quality paint.
Supervision: Children should be supervised around balloons and electrical equipment (LEDs/Neon signs) to prevent choking hazards or accidental damage.

4. Changes & Cancellations
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 24 hours before the slot time at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Cancellations: * Cancellations made 24 hours+ in advance: Full Refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours: 20% service fee will be deducted to cover material costs.
Refunds: Processed refunds will take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account via the original payment method.

5. Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor setups (terraces/gardens), Joy Celebration is not responsible for balloon bursts caused by extreme heat, direct sunlight, or heavy winds once the team has handed over the setup.

6. Damages
Any rented props (Neon signs, Ring backdrops, Wooden stands) must be returned in their original condition. Any damage to these props will incur a replacement fee.
